waited over 20 minutes, saw a group that came in after us get a drink with the same order as us, went up and asked them how long its going to take just to see that they were didnt even start filling the cup with anything. also the order is wrong (asked for NO SUGAR and extra jelly, its too sweet with no extra jelly) the top is also not properly sealed and spilled everywhere

The staff is so kind and welcoming! I come back a lot, and it’s my favorite boba place near the Columbia College Chicago campus. Their fruit tea is amazing; my favorite is the fruit combo tea. They also have post-it notes to write a kind note for a stranger and you can take one too. It is very uplifting and always makes my day! They also have stamp cards, so if you come back enough you can get a free drink! I can’t recommend their service enough!

Super convenient location. As a tourist it felt like it was in the heart of everything! The staff are so incredibly nice and sweet. They helped remake my drink when I had a problem with it. I’m a huge boba fan and their tapioca pearls were some of the best I’ve had! Super smooth and not overly chewy. I highly recommend stopping here for your boba fix! Also as a picky person when it comes to Thai tea, theirs knocked it out of the park! Loved the cute signage too.

Staff is super nice, we enjoyed being greeted with a smile and kindness. We ordered from the Kiosk bc it was our first time here and we wanted to be able to look over the menu . I had the 🍓🍵 which was ok. My son had the 🥭🍵 and his was out of this world good. The Biscoff Cruffle was sweet , but we knew that going in. Will definitely return when in Chicago.

this place is cute, food and atmosphere is great and the one girl working today was super sweet and friendly. but she was the only staff there. i tipped $5 cash bc i felt so bad for her. you should always have at least 2 people on staff, super dangerous way to run a business like this. i hope you’re paying her well!
